Hi Kerrie, MI Homes did a great job with the Palms at Trevesta, the 2 townhomes models are fantastic, the Sabal and the Alexander, they are very roomy, well designed floor plan. Also something you can't see (or hear) in your video here is that the townhomes have extra padding, insulation so when you close the doors they are very quiet. I like very much the screen in linai so you can enjoy the outside fresh air and relax in the morning and evenings... I prefer the Sabal because it has extra space with the 2 car garage and the loft area in the 2nd floor, but both models are great. Keep the videos coming. The Palms in Trevesta are on my list, for the well designed concept, the location in Palmetto, Trevesta with many amenities, and the price is affordable.
